"Helpful updates the whole time"
They kept me in the loop the whole way, which I really appreciated. Replies came back quickly too, and the order showed up right when they said it would. it’s just nice when you don’t have to wonder what’s going on with something you ordered.

"Good support, but I had to repeat myself"
Support got back to me quickly and they did answer my questions, so I’ll give them credit for that. The only thing that got a little annoying was having to explain the same issue more than once. I already said what was going on, then had to go over it again, which was kind of frustrating. Still, they were polite the whole time and eventually got it sorted out. Overall, it was a good experience, just wish I didn’t have to repeat myself.

I ordered from smartpractice.com my stuff showed up way faster than I expected. Like, almost too fast... makes you wonder what kind of behind-the-scenes shipping operation they’ve got going on over there. I got the tracking info quickly too, and everything arrived in good shape with no drama. No issues at all, which is basically all I was hoping for. Would definitely order again, though I’m still side-eyeing how they pulled that off so fast.

I’ve ordered from smartpractice.com a few times now, my gut feeling has been good each time. The prices seem fair, and a few things were cheaper than what I found elsewhere, so I didn’t get that annoying feeling like I was paying too much for basic supplies.
Everything I’ve received has been good enough quality and totally usable, which makes it feel worth it overall. Shipping was reasonable too, so I don’t really have any complaints. I’d order from them again

"Reliable most of the time"
I’ve ordered from smartpractice a few times now, and overall... it’s been dependable for what I need.

The website is easy enough to get around, and my orders usually show up around when I expect them to. One order did take a little longer than I thought it would, but it wasn’t a big deal, and customer service did get back to me.

So yeah, not perfect, but reliable enough that I’ll keep using them.

I’m probably a little picky about this, but I really liked that the total charges were shown clearly before I paid. I hate surprises when it comes to fees, so it was a relief that there weren’t any random extras added later. that kind of transparency matters a lot to me.
